Our Employees Make A Difference

RCSD is the largest employer in the county with almost 3,000 employees.  Our dedicated faculty and staff work diligently everyday to keep our school district running smoothly.  We also have 193 National Board Certified Teachers in the district which is the highest amount of any district in Mississippi.
